Innovative Leaders Evaluation Video
While working as an employee at Alberta Blue Cross, I was asked to join the Innovative Leadership Program. An employee was selected from each area of the organization to learn how to capture great innovative ideas and then take an idea from concept to implementation.
I created the video to outline the proposed process for how we could evaluate idea submissions and it was shown to the Alberta Blue Cross Executive Team.
- I worked with the evaluation team to come up with the storyboard for the video based on the workflow they wanted to articulate.
- I recorded the narration with a coworker and mastered the audio.
- I created a series of motion graphics to align with the narration script.
