Redesign of the Plan Member Site
Responsive Mobile Member Site
While working for Alberta Blue Cross, I developed a responsive mobile prototype of the Plan Members Site which was placed into implementation. This was the first mobile website developed in the history of Alberta Blue Cross.
I hosted a series of JAD sessions with Alberta Blue Cross executives as I was developing to ensure the user experience was solid.
This development received an 2015 IABC Award of Merit.
- Over the span of several weeks I hosted JAD sessions with various Alberta Blue Cross leadership to introduce different UI options in efforts of creating a solid user experience.
- The protoype was built using a combination of web languages and Jquery plugins to help render complex tables.
- Conducted user testing and surveyed employees throughout the development.
